Manage hall bookings, events, and programs

Process payments and invoices
Maintain safety, compliance, and record-keeping
Improve ICC services and community experience

ICC does not sell or trade personal information.

Payment processors
Technology providers supporting ICC operations
Legal authorities if required by law

All partners are expected to maintain confidentiality and data security.

4. Data Security

We follow reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information. While no system is completely secure, ICC takes appropriate measures to minimize risk.

5. Children's Information

ICC programs may involve children. Any child-related information is collected only with parent or guardian consent and used strictly for program administration and safety.

Terms & Conditions

By accessing or using Indian Cultural Center facilities, website, or services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Use of Facilities

ICC facilities are intended for cultural, educational, spiritual, and community purposes
Users must comply with ICC guidelines, capacity limits, and safety rules
Any damage to property must be reported immediately

2. Hall Rentals & Events

Hall bookings are confirmed only after payment and approval
Additional services (chairs, sound systems, décor, etc.) must be requested in advance
ICC reserves the right to deny or cancel bookings that conflict with its values or policies

3. Conduct

Respectful behavior is expected at all times
ICC is a harassment-free, inclusive community space
Any disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in removal from premises

4. Intellectual & Cultural Respect

Programs, symbols, teachings, and cultural representations at ICC must be treated with respect. Unauthorized recording or misuse may not be permitted.

5. Payments

5.1 Booking Amount

The total booking amount is determined and approved by the administrator
The total amount may include the base booking fee and any additional or miscellaneous charges added later
The final approved amount is binding once shared with the customer

5.2 Payment Requirements

For bookings with a total amount below $1,000, full payment is required to confirm the booking
For bookings with a total amount of $1,000 or more, a $500 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking
The deposit is part of the total booking amount, not an additional charge

5.3 Balance Payment

Any remaining balance after deposit payment must be paid before the event date or as communicated by the administrator
Failure to pay the remaining balance on time may result in cancellation of the booking without refund

5.4 Deposits

Deposits apply only to bookings with a total amount of $1,000 or more
All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of cancellation or no-show
Once a deposit is paid, the booking is considered confirmed, subject to timely payment of the remaining balance

5.5 Additional / Miscellaneous Charges

Additional charges (such as extended time, cleaning, damages, or special requests) may be added after the initial booking
Any added charges become part of the total booking amount and must be paid in full
If the updated total remains below $1,000, no deposit applies and payment must be done in full

5.6 Refunds

ICC does not give refunds. Deposits and all payments are non-refundable, even if the booking is cancelled
If your plans change, ICC can move your booking to another available date instead (subject to availability and any price difference for the new date)

5.7 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through a third-party payment provider
Processing or card fees, if applicable, are non-refundable

5.8 Disputes & Chargebacks

By completing a payment, the customer agrees not to dispute or charge back payments for services rendered or bookings confirmed
Any payment disputes must be raised directly with management for resolution

5.9 Acceptance of Terms

Proceeding with payment confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these payment terms.

6. Liability Limitation

ICC is not responsible for:

Personal belongings lost or damaged on premises
Injuries resulting from personal negligence
Outcomes of independently organized events

Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Hall Booking Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
ICC does not give refunds on hall bookings. Deposits and payments are non-refundable
Instead of cancelling, you can ask ICC to move your booking to another available date

2. Program & Class Fees

Fees for attended sessions, workshops, or events are generally non-refundable
Exceptional cases may be reviewed at ICC's discretion

3. Changing Your Date

Call ICC at (813) 802-4638 or email reservations@tampaicc.org to move your booking to another available date. If the new date has a different price, the difference is adjusted.
